Mostly moving round stuff and upgrading Cocoon. The docs generation should
be faster and leaner now.
Having the xtargets separated this way makes it easy to separate concerns
between POI and Centipede and to see what targets are relevant to POI
itself.
A major difference (that was really easy to do but has a big advantage) is
that now the testcases have to pass to be able to make a distribution, as
Marc pointed out.
Anyway, now you can see for yourself :-)
