  Added:       tools/cents centipede.cent.jar
  Removed:     tools/cents centipede-20020408.cent.jar
  Log:
  Added complete dist build.
  Now the cents have always the same name, regardless of the version
  (which is in the manifest) to enable easy uptodate check by the build.
