Take a look at the "basic" skin.
Next step is getting to generate a pdf file that contains all the site or
parts of it like a book, and to have each page have a link to the printable
version.
A cool thing is to have 2 css that have a different media tag; one is for
printing, and in it the menu div is empty. I'll see to do this.
