I added all but #3. Its too close for comfort if you know what I mean. You can appeal and we can put it to the committers, post a bug in bugzilla, then go back to the bug and create an attachment, post the logo there with this message and post a note saying "committers please vote on whether to include this -- andy thought it was too close for comfort". (but on one likes a lawsuit ;-) )
