Yes, I am willing to. This FAQ is what I had wanted for two months!!

I want to make the patches on the instructions after I find out the 
mechanism of wincvs more and where to make the patches 
(jakarta-site, poi, commons, james etc ... ).

I'd struggled with this matter too, and searched at google with 
the keywords "unified diffs WinCVS" I found the resolution.
