Hi folks,
nothing truer than the phrase "multiple ways to skin a cat" than in
development ;).
It's a great learning experience seeing another implementation to the
same issue (repeating rows/columns). I'd like to hear your thoughts on
the approach for referencing areas:
I debated two approaches:
1) int based row/column designations
2) open formula references
I found that when auto generating things (especially through xslt) it's
much harder to predict the printarea which leads to the use of the
counta / offset formulas to count dummy cells. It's more unlikely that
this need should occur in repeating rows/columns though (hindsight....) .
Opinions? Thoughts?
