I agree with Andy's (which one? you decide!) sentiment here.  We have a 
few automated messages in the dev list that may clutter things up for 
both users and devs.  I like the 2 lists but the current traffic won't 
make one list too unbearable.

Also for the "active" users -- it'll mean poi developers will have to 
sift through user questions.  Perhaps not a big deal, just something 
to consider.

FWIW, I'm a very "passive" user and I don't mind whichever way you 
decide.  I would find the developer questions interesting to skim out 
of nosiness, if nothing else. ;)  But I wouldn't bother subscribing to 
both lists if they are kept separate.
