Transform '*.doc' ( HDFDocument ) to 'XSL FO'

I�m new in this project. I need to develop a transformer from '*.doc' to 'XSL FO' , 
now I have some code about it ( using POI HDFDocument ) , but I work harder on it. If 
any done or is doing some like this, please contact me. If not I hope that in a week 
from now, I will have some for uploading if POI is intersted on it.
