Hi all, I noticed that if I set a cell's encoding to UTF 16, save the workbook, and then read it back in, the cell's encoding is no longer UTF 16.
Is this a bug, or is this how it works? I set it to UTF16 to support some unicode characters, and when I reopen the spreadsheet in Excel, everything looks okay.. I submitted a patch with the testcase that shows the error: http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=21705 I also need some of the code in the patch as well, so I would love it if someone could commit the patch.
