I have a customer that when they create an xls file and try to open it with Excel 2000, Excel crashes. It works fine when they use Excel 2003. And it works fine here with Excel 2000 (of course). Any idea what I should try/do? Since it's Excel crashing and I can't reproduce it here, I'm really at a loss. Thanks - dave
