To give you an update; Andy has emailed the site owner to try and confirm what the source of the information is.
As Bugzilla is implictly a form of publishing, I'll be sending a request to the ASF admin to clean up the entry as soon as I figure out what to ask. This may all seem a bit extreme, but I'm sure you've seen the same kind of bizarrely insane legal decisions made nowadays that we all have.
