Almost, the macros are in a separated folder, would not be too dificult to copy this to the final file, but the buttons (normally who will call the macros) are inside the "Workbook", and the POI aren't reading this yet. It's necessary to create new types of "records" (org.apache.poi.hssf.record) to store the butons and combos.
