I would be interested in the jar file . If you also attach a code
snippet which shows how to use the class files in the jar for producing
read only excel files then that would be great . Or if you could show be how
to do it with the existing POI classes that also would be great .

I think that it is not good as we are going to clone POI. But if it

be a simple solution.
