I believe we don't yet have code to handle extended encodings in the formats. It should be pretty simple for someone to do if motivated. (look at how they are handled elsewhere)

Hi all,

I am using a user defined data format below is the format stirng I am using,
_formatter.getFormat( "#,##0 [$ ];[Red](#,##0 [$ ]")

The character next to the $ is a ? (won character) character.
For some reason the won character is garbled. I tried to display
just the won symbl and it works fine, but when I use it in the format string
it gets garbled.

Any ideas??

Sam
