Re: setMargin() function

If you have the option I highly recommend switching from JBuilder to 
Eclipse or IDEA.  (I regard them as
coke vs pepsi but I favor opensource obviously).  Netbeans is a close 
third but its dead dog slow.

I started out using JBuilder at 1.0.  I quit it at around 4.0.  Unless 
you're doing GUI work, Eclipse and IDEA
are far superior.  Granted JBuilder still has the market cornered for 
GUI work. 

I found that I had to invest about 2 days in getting used to eclipse.  
However, it resulted in significant productivity gains.

I went and downloaded the 1.8 source and looked at the head of cvs and
HSSFSheet has a set and get margin functions.

Margins have been in the code since at least versio 1.8.
