Hi All, I'm new to POI. Actually my requirement is to search the particular text in varity of files(atleast in doc, xls, pdf, rtf, txt) using java based parsers. I found you all working with this POI to read and write. Since we can read doc and xls file using this POI thats enough for timebeing for me. But the problem is...... I dont get the basic idea to implement this POI. Can you help me by giving any simple sample program for read and write..
