I'm new to POI - in fact just found out about it yesterday. I've been programming
Java for a bit now but would consider myself still learning (yeah, like that will ever
be done).
I do have a project that I'm working on - I need to be able to read PowerPoint files and
then I want to build an auto index capability based on a keyword file and a
topic index file.
anyway, I'm still a bit confused about POI even after reading the docs. the first thing
I wanted to do was to just see what these files look like - so I figured that I could
run the poibrowser and point it at a file - but apparently that doesn't work.
so obviously I'm doing something wrong or have misunderstood the purpose of poi and
poibrowser.
