Are you referring to a powerpoint library that was offered for contribution a while back, or just plain ole poifs?

The file was created using Micorsoft Office (probably PowerPoint 2003), when i try to open the file using POI the only thing i get is this message:

Permission to this presentation is currently restricted. This presentation can be opened by Microsoft Office 11 Beta or a viewer. For more information, go to http://office.microsoft.com/viewer

Does POI support the PowerPoint 2003 format (is it different that the previous one)?

I get this message while trying to open some ppt files:

I have several ppt files and this only happend with a few of them, probably the others were made with a previous version.

Does the ppt format changed in the Office 2003 ??
