I just checked in an improvement to HPSF's codepage handling into POI's
CVS repository. This change is important when HPSF reads a section's
dictionary: Now the dictionary's keys and values are read with the
correct codepage taken into account.
If you had problems in the past with user-defined properties, please
check out the current CVS HEAD, retry, and let me know!
