Hi,
I have followed
Rainer Klute's How-To guide (in jakarta's POI site) in order to write
some extended attributes into a file/s.
The example as is
has caused the following problems:
1). The original
file was overwritten with the input stream of the summary
PropertySet.
2). A new "Custom"
properties tab appeared, and I get the following exception whenever trying to
click the "Apply" or
"OK" buttons
3). I cannot read
the summary property set using the POIFileSystem.
I guess that
problems no. 2 and 3 are a direct result of problem no. 1.
My question
is:
Given a file
"C:\myFile.pdf", where should the output stream of the summary PropertySet
be written, if I want it to appear in the file's properties sheet
?
