* Did most of the work on test08_player_has_trouble_joining, although I
am having some difficulty testing the idea that one player leaves the
table and another joins. I probably am just confused about exactly
how pokertable class is supposed to work. However, this test does get
some additional coverage, so it's worth it even if the actually goal
is commented out for the moment.
