* Based on Loic's recommendation:
<dachary> I would set the cashIn function of the service to a
function of your own. This function can set a global
variable or whatever so that you can assert it was
called. You're not interested in what 'cashin' actually
does because the pokeravatar functions do not depend on
it in any way. Your only concern it about the fact that
the function is called.
I created a mock-up for cashIn.
