Log:
Add a SIGSEGV signal handler that logs a message asking the user to report a
bug. Some useful debugging info is also logged along with a full stack trace
(including function names and source location). The stack trace doesn't work so
well when the segmentation fault occurs within a thread -- I may take it out at
some point but it took so much work to code it, I can't justify throwing it out
just yet.
