Log:
Add Doxygen config file to libtinypoker.
Use setrlimit and setpriority in tinypokerd to protect against runaway daemons.
Add protocol logging parameters to ipp_send_msg and ipp_read_msg.
Use CMAKE_PACKAGE_VERSION in all TinyPoker programs.
Make tinypokerd's config file location configurable (-c cmd line option).
Set default password string to "NOPASS".
Set soname for libtinypoker.so
Add entries to the various TODO files.
Add signal handlers to bagelbot-ng.
