* Added test to cover the case where PokerClientProtocol.publishPacket()
is called when a connection is not established. Output is check as
well. This is accomplished by force-calling publishPacket() after the
connection has been terminated by the testing environment.
# Upped default verbosity by one, so that output from publishPacket() occurs.
