* Added self.error() call in PokerInteractors._handleConnection() as it
should do something rather than fall off the end when a packet of
unknown type is pushed to it.
* Wrote test to cover that case above and added it.
* Other fleshing out of new set of PokerInteractors tests in
test-pokerrenderer.py.in
