* PokerInteractor class now replaced in PokerInteractorsTests with
MockInteractor so PokerInteractors will instantiate Mock versions.
* Set PokerInteractorsTest.MockInteractor.__init__ to the right number
of args.
* Created PokerInteractorsTest.test06, which tests for the
PokerInteractors.interactorsSyncDisplay() when the factory display is
on
