* Made the MockDisplay() class part of my general PokerRenderTests set
of mockups.
* Changed test11_handleSerial to use the above.
* Wrote PokerRenderTests.test13 for the PACKET_PLAYER_ARRIVE scenarios
of PokerRenderer._handleConnection()
