PokerTable.newPlayerInformation() now returns a UserStats packet
immediately following the Arrive packet. Tests have been changed to cover
this. The only test that required changing really was test15_moveTo.
The test needed a new MockUp which included a UserStats() mockup as well,
so I moved it into its own class (and modified setUp functions to allow
choosing of a custom Mock class for the PokerService.
