Log:
We now have need for a similar structure as UserStats for Tournament
attributes. Namely, we need a structured version of the "GetStats",
"GetSupportedStats", and "Stats" packets that we did for UserStats. I am
therefore creating a new base class, "attrpack", for "Attribute Packets"
to be used to build a new userstats and a new tourneyattrs.
