Log:
Implemented final details of sending TourneyAttrs after the the
TourneyList, as discussed with Loic on IRC today. A summary of the
changes:
* schedule_serial made no sense ultimately, because we might as well
send just the tourney serial as serial, since that is what the other
packets do.
* Created TourneyAttrList and added details of sending that to
PokerAvatar.handlePacketLogic()
# Wrote tests as needed.
