Implemented TourneyAttrs and some test coverage for it:
* Made dummy data in tourneyattrs.py.in which should be replaced by
proper data
* Implemented Accessor's _lookupValidAttr()
* Implemented special getAttrsAsPacket() that should allow for finding
the right schedule_serial semi-automatically.
* Full test coverage for tourneyattrs.py
* pokerpackets.py: Created four new packet types for TourneyAttrs
# test-protocol.py.in: Fixed to handle new packets.
# Added .gitignore entry for poker-network/tests/test-tourneyattrs.py
