Attempting to make it possible to test ImportError in all cases with
twisted-1.3/2.0 support stuff in pokerservice.py. Toward that goal,
switched to standard unittest (so twisted loads aren't needed), and moved
some loads around in the source file in hopes I can get to the point where
the OpenSSL fake-out load (ahead of the twisted try/except ImportError
block) can be used to help in the fake out.
