Log:
Finish code changes for wine port. All functions build under gcc (GNU/Linux
native) and mingw (GNU/Linux to win32 cross compiler). All unit tests pass.
However, unit tests and human testing is still needed for the network code. A
couple of build system tweaks for mingw32 are also needed before the 0.2.0
release.
