Implemented PokerAvatar._convertTablePickerArgsToListTableQuery()
Implementation included minor changes to tests. A few of them did not
have the expected output quite right. In particular, trailing \t's are
not necessary. A few of them had the minPlayers and currencySerial
parameters swapped in location. Also, want was a duplicate cut and paste
of another.
