Log:
Fixed pokerlock tests, addressing timing problems.
Merged in from coverage-poker-network into trunk. See r6008 to r6014 in
coverage-poker-network for details on the implementation. Generally,
clear_all_messages() and other such things have been put in the right
places to thread timing problems don't impact them.
