Bug Fix.
How reproduce:
1. The user has a seat.
2. The user rebuy.
3. The user is sit-out.
4. When packetPosition happens, aspoker automatically sit-in the user (for
display).
bug : The user would have normally been stay sit out.

The bug is fixed and when a Packetposition is coming, the user stays in state
"has a seat and is sit-out".
