Hi,

I ran into problems when compiling for various distributions.
These problems were already there but I did not pay attention because
I use only 32 bits hardware.

        1) the lib/t_*.c files are part of the distribution tarbal,
however they are architecture dependant. I removed them
from the distribution and also tweaked the Makefile.am so
that cd lib ; make build_table is no longer necessary
(everyone fell in this trap). That's a bit tricky and you better
know autotools inside up (is this the english idiom to say
"in every details" ? ) before you try to "improve" this or "fix"
           it.

        2) type related CPP macros published with the poker eval
headers must be guarded against multiple definitions (because
they are autoconf standard macros). I changed this in
           poker_config.h.

If you could checkout the CVS and make sure it runs for you, that
will confort me that I did nothing wrong with this large patch.

        Cheers,
