I guess this is as good as it gets, but there's one major lack of
information: the hole cards of the players who folded. What I would
like to do, is to try to model real player types, i.e. for a given
situation (hole cards, board, previous betting), figure out the
probabilities that they'll fold/call/raise. Since I only have the
histories for the hands showed down, I'll get heavily skewed results
(in particular, I'll find a fold probability of 0).

Does anyone have ideas about how to overcome this problem (e.g.
through statistics), or know another database where the hole cards of
all players are available?

Another, more minor, drawback is that the bet/raise amounts for
no-limit are not available, though I will often be able to infer them
from the pot sizes.
