        Thanks for reporting this.

        This requirement clearly contradicts the distribution terms of
poker-eval. 

        The "no GPL" clause is standard on RAC (rentacoder.com). My guess
is that the buyer did not even read the standard clause, although
he has been using RAC for over a year.

        I sent him the following:

"Please note that the "No GPL, GNU, 3rd party component" part of the
deliverable contradicts the license of poker-eval. You want to remove
this requirement from the bid request."

        Hopefully he will realize his mistake and fix the bid request. If
he does not I'll ask the RAC management to notify him and I'm sure he will
comply.

        It would be nice to have a C# binding : I hope he will be kind enough
to send us a copy of the sources. If he does not we will have to wait for this
to show up in a binary product and ask for the corresponding sources.
