Yes. Bear in mind that all packets listed in
pokerclientpackets.py (i.e. packets numbered 170 and above), are
generated by the server only in explain mode (i.e. after the client
sent a PacketPokerExplain). They are designed for clients that know
nothing about the poker rules, such as Ajax clients.
They were formerly (i.e. before the implementation of
PacketPokerExplain last week) only available to the clients using the
pokerclient.py python library to connect to the server. Because of
this heritage, the documentation still claims that they are packets
generated within the client (i.e. their documentation contains the
client <=> clients )
