Hi folks, I am not sure if this is right place to post this questions, but it has been so hard to find information about poker-network configuration and troubleshooting.
I am trying to install it on virtual machine (vmware by now, but xen will be next) and have an "out of the shelf" solution for the server side. 1. After finding some information in how to install and customize the server (create currency DB and user, have the root password inserted in the xml files, etc..). I've got it running but there is still some problems. If you can help me or point out where I am supposed to find this information, great, if not, well, thanks anyway, and I would like to say that you are doing a terrific job. 1. After a while (about 30 s) the server sends a FIN/ACK packet finishing the session, even when there is nobody logged in. In the client side, it pops up the message : "Lost connection with poker3d server at server_name:19380". I find the same behavior using the poker2d client. By the way, till now I have 2 servers installed (vm machines), one over a Ubuntu 7 and other over a fc7. 2. I can't get the bots running, or at least doing anything useful. I can send any documentation you need, and it would be nice to know how to running the server in debug mode or so. Hope you can help me or indicate me where to find help. Thank you very much.
