  There is no documentation but the sources. In a nutshell, the
blind table is defined in 

/etc/poker-engine/poker.levels-blinds.xml

and referenced from 

/etc/poker-engine/poker.level-001.xml

which is referenced from the 

betting_structure field of the tourneys_schedule table.

  The tournament itself is fully defined in the record of the tourneys_schedule
table. In the /usr/share/poker-network/schema.sql file near the

CREATE TABLE tourneys_schedule (

  line, you will find comments next to each field, shortly explaining
their role. 

  Once a record is inserted in the table, the server will load it. It
may take as long as ten minutes for the server to load the new record.

  It would be good to have a short text document explaining how to deal
with tournament. It would be even better to have a nice web interface, 
but it's slightly more complex ;-)
