Nope, that's not it. Apache, PHP and MySQL is up and running:

Apache/2.2.4 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.4 OpenSSL/0.9.8e DAV/2 PHP/5.2.5
PHP 5.2.5 (cli) (built: Nov 17 2007 13:43:04)
MySQL Server version: 5.1.22-rc-log Source distribution

PHP got both mysql and mysqli modules.

I created 2 user in the web-interface, so that good so far. It's something
in the streams stuff, specific fopen('http://localhost/blabla.php?foo=bar','r')
