Details:

On line 166, if (potfrac == 1), potfrac is compared to one to determine
whether or not the pot was scooped.  Since potfrac is a double this line
seems prone to precision errors.

Something like: 
potfrac > 0.99
 or 
potfrac > (1 - 0.5/ENUM_MAXPLAYERS)
is probably more in tune with the goal of the code.
