Yes :-) I think you're close to the solution. Somewhere in the 
poker.server.xml (whereever it is) you probably see:

  <path>/etc/poker-engine /etc/poker-network</path>

You should set it to something that includes /usr/etc/poker-engine so 
that it can find the file.
