I'm not aware of anyone who did this (complete native windows). Note that there is a NSI installer source for poker-eval. If you create similar NSI files for pypoker-eval + poker-engine + poker-network, I will commit them for publication in the next release. I don't see why it would be a problem, save for the fact that windows has no packaging system (NSI is not much more than an archive with some interaction and does not compare with APT or RPM).
