Yes but I don't think it's fatal.

The tests directory should be created by jscoverage but it seems
jscoverage is not packaged in fedora.

In the next version I removed this dependency. The sounds are in the
source because it turns out to be a little too demanding for proper
packaging.

I think jscoverage and libming are worth packaging (I have doubts
about tiddlywiki_cp because the audience is way smaller).
