As of r4443, I have committed code in poker-network server code to
better inform clients when a tournament break begins and ends.  Up until
now, AFAICT, various PacketPokerGameMessage() were the only things that
told the client of this occurrence.

Clients will now receive this packet when a break for a tourney starts:

  PacketPokerTableTourneyBreakBegin:
    game_id:     integer uniquely identifying a game.
    resume_time: time that the tourney will resume, in seconds since
                 1970-01-01 00:00:00 UTC.

And this packet when a break ends:

  PacketPokerTableTourneyBreakDone
    game_id: integer uniquely identifying a game.
