How to reproduce the problem:
* Make a modification to poker-network
* debuild -us -usc
* dpkg -i python-poker-network*.deb
* twistd FAILED
Workaround: reinstalling the package will start twisted without failing
* dpkg -i python-poker-network*.deb
* twisted SUCCEED
